Prysm is recruiting a part-time student for the Administration department

The Administration team is looking for a part-time student with a technical degree in SME management or Management Action Support (or equivalent). The position is available at the beginning of September 2021. The missions of the alternation are the following:


Physical and phone reception in French and English.

Order management

  • Production assistance (physical preparation of license shipments)
  • Management of parcel shipments in France and abroad
  • Management of supplies (anticipation of needs and orders)
  • Management of reminders for license warranty extensions
  • Support for order preparation and delivery
  • Reinforcement on the recording of the payments of invoices
  • Reinforcement on the management of the verifications and sendings of invoices


  • Traditional secretarial work: filing and archiving of documents, e-mails, reproduction, enveloping, etc.
  • Support on HR aspects (employee information, mutual insurance, HSCT, etc.)
